Transitional Home (ages 16-24 years of age)

Saperai Dreams’ mission is to bridge the gap from homelessness to permanent housing by providing a safe and stable environment for youth aging out of foster care; to build life skills that will help them make a life of independence as they emancipate successfully.

Our goal is to disrupt the cycle of homelessness, incarceration, poverty, sex trafficking, drug abuse, and HIV/AIDS by helping our youth first rebuild their support system.
