Speria Dreams Street Outreach Program (SDSOP) serves as a bridge between the community and the services provided to homeless or runaway youth. SDSOP extends its services for young adults ages 16 to 24. We focus on building trustful and meaningful relationships between our staff and the underserved youth and adults through community outreach. Saperia Dreams Outreach staff will provide services to any population that might not otherwise have access to those services. A key component of outreach is that the group providing it is not stationary but mobile; in other words, it involves meeting someone in need of an outreach service at the location where they are.

The mobile unit will hit the streets once a week on Sundays. Our outreach team connects with youth experiencing homelessness. We build meaningful relationships and trust while providing street-based engagement and survival resources. Outreach staff and trained volunteers offer snacks, hygiene packs, socks, food, and clothes, as well as linkages to emergency shelter, mental health and medical care, and other on-site services at Saperia Dreams Organization.

Our goal is to prevent the exploitation of youth living on the streets or in unsafe living conditions. We strive to increase the safety, well-being, and self-sufficiency of each child we encounter residing in the state of Georgia. In the event we are unable to provide specific services a youth may need; Human Trafficking, Peer Pressure, Teen Dating Violence, Abuse, Drug abuse, Anger Management, STDs, HIV/AIDS awareness, and more. We will refer them to various agencies we network with and local agencies to provide these needed services.
